Cairo, Egypt - The Egyptian Foreign Ministry announced on Tuesday the establishment of the Egyptian-Nigerian Business Council in Cairo in an effort to open new markets for Egyptian products in the African market and help Egyptian companies to pump their investments to countries of the continent.
Ambassador Mona Omar, Assistant Foreign Minister for African Affairs and the African Union told reporters on Tuesday, that the Council will work as a base for definition to Egyptian and Nigerian businessmen as counterparts and investors of business opportunities available and the goods to be exchanged in the two countries. Ambassador Mona Omar pointed out that Ibrahim Mahlab, Chairman of the Board of the Arab Contractors Company was chosen as Chairman of the Council. -APA |
